I developed, curated, and funded Synth Wars. It’s a competition for five emerging DJ’s to come and do a 15 minute set in front of the top DJ’s of Atlanta, GA. This event was born out of the need for a constructive, supportive, and honest community around DJing since there are more DJ’s now than ever before! With four of Atlanta’s top DJ’s (JSPORT, Final First, Anónima, and Caleb Crump) as the judges where mentorship, support, and feedback were given. These long lasting connections are what music communities all over the world need and Synth Wars is the start to so many talented people being provided the space to obtain that!
